To find articles on a topic, the tools to use are databases like CINAHL. CINAHL is the nursing database that is used most often in the College of Nursing:I need a book that isn't available at the Mulford Library. How can I get a copy?Top of Page

I'm in CINAHL and I've clicked on the Find It! link, but the full-text link is either not there or it doesn't work. Now what?If you can't find the book in the online catalog, the next step is to check the OhioLINK Central Catalog. If the desired book is available from another OhioLINK library, it can be requested online or borrowed in person. With online borrowing, you have the option of having the book sent to an OhioLINK library that is closer to your home. See the Online/On-site Borrowing help sheet [PDF] for details. (To take advantage of OhioLINK borrowing, you must be registered with the library; call the Library to see if you are registered: (419) 383-4225.)
For materials that are not available through OhioLINK, complete and submit a book request form. When the book has been received by the Library, you'll be contacted. More information is available on the Interlibrary Services page.
I need help putting my references into APA format.Top of Page

There are a number of web sites that cover APA basics. Here are a couple of the better ones: If you have a complex or unusual reference, you can contact Mulford Reference Assistance to ask for help, or you can stop in the Library and ask at the desk on the fourth floor to see the current APA Manual. Your librarians can also find the information needed to complete incomplete citations.
