Admissions - Doctor of Physical Therapy Program
Requirements:Applicants must complete at least one course in biology and one course in either physics or chemistry prior to submitting their application.
The online application that prospective students submit to the Graduate College is
here. The materials that you will need to complete your College of Graduate Studies online application include:
- Application with required fee
- Statement of Purpose
- Transcripts, including any courses taken Fall 2008
- Three (3) letters of recommendation; one must be from a physical therapist
- NO GRE is required this year (2008) for the DPT Program
Deadlines:
+ December 1, 2008 - complete the Admissions Application and submit the required fee
+ January 9, 2009 - receipt of college/university transcripts; must include Fall 2008 grades, if applicable
