The Faculty Senate of the University of Toledo Health Science Campus, as a representative body of the faculty of UT, shall serve as an advisory body to the administration on all academic matters of the university including instruction, research and the formulation of academic policies of the University of Toledo.

Faculty members are encouraged to attend the monthly meetings of the Faculty Senate. Any faculty member wishing to place an issue on the agenda should bring it to the attention of the officers, the Executive Council Committee, or College/Departmental Senators.

Recognized by the chancellor and the Ohio Board of Regents, the Ohio Faculty Council (OFC) represents the faculty at all of the four-year public colleges and universities in the State of Ohio. OFC representative for the University of Toledo Health Science Campus is:
